Chef's Cart is built from Baltic birch, a plywood made from layered birch veneers for exceptional strength, stability, and resistance to warping. Unlike typical cabinet materials that rely on particle board fillers, Baltic birch is solid, durable, and built to last.

The countertop is crafted from solid hardwood, available in acacia, hard maple, or walnut.

We prioritize sustainably sourced, high-quality materials throughout every build.

Because wood is a natural material, each piece will have its own unique grain and character, making every Chef’s Cart truly one of a kind.

Both models of Chef's Cart are designed at a standard 36” counter height to align seamlessly with most kitchen countertops.

Environment
THE STUDIO and THE LOFT models of Chef's Cart are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and temperature changes can affect the wood and finish over time.

We are currently developing a dedicated outdoor version built specifically to handle the elements. Stay tuned for updates!

General Cleaning
All surfaces of Chef's Cart should be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Dry immediately after cleaning.

Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, ammonia-based cleaners, or solvents, as these may damage the finish.

Do not allow standing water or excessive moisture to sit on surfaces.

Countertop Care
The butcher block countertop is not heat resistant. Heat can compromise the protective finish, so always use trivets or coasters for hot items.

Steam Pans
The included steam pans are made from food-grade stainless steel and are dishwasher safe.

Regular Movement:
Chef’s Cart typically weighs between 250–350 lbs, but rolls effortlessly on hard surfaces like hardwood, tile, or concrete, due to its high quality casters.

On carpet it can still be moved, but will require more effort depending on pile height.
Please note: Chef's Cart may not roll over floor transitions higher than 0.75 inches due to its low clearance design.

Chef’s Cart MUST be operated on a level floor. If the floor is not reasonably level, the drawer mechanisms may not function properly.

Relocation:
When transporting the cart to a new home, it is highly recommended to leave it to a professional mover. However, if attempting to do it yourself, you can reduce a majority of the weight and delicate aspects by unbolting the top and flip-up extension, and also removing the drawers.

Once drawers are removed, shrinkwrap the whole cart to prevent the drawer slides from sliding out during transit.

Chef's Cart is built in Houston, TX, with shipping fees varying based on distance. Total cost will be calculated at checkout.

Each Chef's Cart is built to order and delivered directly to your home. Current lead times are approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, including both production and shipping.

Chef’s Cart arrives fully assembled and is delivered via white-glove service specializing in fine furniture. The delivery team will bring the cart into your home and place it in the desired location.

Before ordering, please ensure there is a minimum clearance of 25” width through all hallways, stairways, and doorways. The main frame does not disassemble, so if it does not fit, we will not be able to bring it inside.

All components of Chef’s Cart are covered for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship.

As with any natural wood product, variations in grain, color, and movement are normal and not considered defects. Damage from misuse—such as excessive moisture, heat, or cutting directly on the surface—is not covered.

We offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (including original shipping cost).

Please note:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to both arrange and pay for return shipping. Items must be returned in original condition.

Returns showing damage, signs of use, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will cover repair, replacement and/or return costs in full.

To process a claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
A brief description of the damage
Signed shipping documents noting the damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
